Morrisville State College recently announced those students who were named to the Dean's List for the Fall 2013 semester. To be named to the Dean's List, a student must achieve an average of 3.0 to 3.99 for the semester and complete 12 credit hours.

The following students have been selected for inclusion on the Dean's List for academic achievement during the spring semester at St. Lawrence University in Canton, NY. To be eligible, a student must have completed at least four semester units and have an academic average of 3.6 (based on a 4.0 scale) for the semester.

Hofstra University is welcoming more than 200 new and transfer students in the Spring 2014 semester.

More than 2,000 high-achieving students have been named to the Hofstra University Dean's List for Fall 2013. Students who began their studies before Fall 2012 must earn at least a 3.4 grade point average to qualify. Those who entered the university after Fall 2012 must earn a grade point average of 3.5. St. Lawrence University in Canton, New York, welcomes the following students as members of the class of 2016. Each first-year student will participate in St. Lawrence University's innovative First-Year Program, an introduction to the liberal arts curriculum taught in residence halls by faculty teams. Clear writing and speaking skills are stressed, and careful advising is provided for all students.
